  • Scope: A deep-dive volunteer leadership assessment, a 5-year governance outlook, and a Board Fundraising Readiness Audit. We map your board's current capacity, identify the structural roadblocks preventing them from engaging donors, and assess where major gift potential is being left on the table.

  • Format: 4–6 week engagement. Includes confidential 1:1 stakeholder interviews, document review, and a final Strategic Roadmap presentation.

  • Investment: $5,000 – $8,500 (Flat Fee)

VOS Implementation (The Flagship)

A comprehensive overhaul. We build the system and teach your team how to drive revenue with it.

  • Scope: Building the custom Volunteer Operating System for a specific program. Includes the complete Playbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Advancement Member Action Plans (MAPs). We build the structural framework for major gift fundraising, equipping your board with "moves management" workflows, donor-cultivation protocols, and clear solicitation strategies to shift them from passive ambassadors to active fundraisers.

  • Format: 2–3 month intensive. Includes stakeholder interviews, the full custom build, and executive implementation coaching.

  • Investment: $7,500 – $12,000 (Flat Fee)

The Leadership Retainer (The Advisor)

Ongoing strategic support to ensure the new culture sticks and the major gift pipeline keeps moving.

  • Scope: Monthly advisory support, attending virtual board meetings, coaching the Board Chair, and providing Major Gift Prospect Strategy. We act as your behind-the-scenes advancement strategist, helping the Executive Director manage top-tier donor relationships and navigate complex board-led solicitations.

  • Format: Minimum 6-month contract. Capped at 10-15 hours per month.

  • Investment: $2,000 – $4,000 / month
